  • Catching the Breeze: The house runs largely on off-grid solar and was built to catch the natural Caribbean breeze through open windows and ceiling fans. We do not have A/C. For guests who prefer to be fully immersed in the island environment, it’s perfect.

  • Pacing with the Seasons: There are no set restaurant menus here. Our chef cooks with what is fresh, local, and in season, designing the week's meals in collaboration with you.

  • A Shared Island: St. George's Caye is a quiet, historic residential island, not a private resort. While your house and docks are entirely your own, you will experience the authentic charm of a shared island community.
